Louise Mérus food stylist and chef

My name is Louise Mérus and I am a Finnish chef who specializes in recipe development, design and food styling. I am available for recipe development and as a food stylist for advertising, publishing, editorial and television commercials.

I am a passionate chef and foodie who loves fresh seasonal produce, cooking new dishes and believe in healthy and nutritious food. I’m constantly inspired by new food trends.

I am a certified Cordon Bleu Chef from Silwood School of Cookery in Cape Town, South Africa and hold Diploma in International Marketing from IIU Stockholm and South Bank University London. At the moment, I’m also studying nutrition at a Swedish institute.

I have been working in the food industry for 17 years: catering, running cookery classes, developing recipes for grocery stores, working in restaurants and developing editorial recipes and styling. My culinary knowledge and skills are fundamental in food styling and recipe development.

I speak fluent Finnish, Swedish and English.
